ON RELIABILITY OF CONNECTION REALIZING P3 FUNCTIONS

The article examines a realization of ternary logics functions by the circuits with unreliable functional element in base of Rosser – Turkett. It is as-sumed that probability of appearance of one incorrect meaning at the output of any basis element on every input vector equals ε, and, hence, probability of error equals 2ε. It is proved that any ternary logics function f (x1,...,xn) can be realized by the circuit with unreliability no more 6ε+420ε2 for all ε∈(0,1/8.3n.(2n+1)(1+3n.4(2n+1))].
